I have and will continue to take everything you have to dish out, Ted, because my son is more important than anything and anyone, whom you have been attacking and abusing along with his mom since we assumed occupancy. There are now 4 non-payments of rent filed, yet not one penny has ever been collected, only the escrow originally held in an attorney trust the first time, for your failure to perform the repairs listed on our lease, which were to have been done PRIOR to moving in, like repairing the only toilet in the house. As the landlord, you had a legal responsibility to affect repairs related to basic habitability, covenant of quiet enjoyment, yet I had to pay for it, and so much more, 8 months later. But, I will not try this case on the internet like you are doing. I will allow the law to find its way through all your mud and diversions, to remedy what you have done to me and my son, and the many people you are attempting to include who have no nexus between us, but interestingly, some of whom have been inside your house, and can speak to its conditions and how you forced us to live, while paying you for the "privilege". I find it rather curious that you are not confident enough to allow the law to prevail for you. If I become unemployed, however will you be able to collect what you claim I owe?? If one is so confident that one is so moral and self-righteous and was so horribly wronged, why would one carry out a campaign of defamation, harrasment, intimidation and cyber-bullying?? It is Super Bowl Sunday, 6:30pm. As has been the case with any of my communications, I do so on my own computer on my own time, as I do not work 24/7; yet I have a number of e-mails still sitting in my work Junk Mail, from you - , and , sent to my work e-mail, as recently as this past October. At some point, Ted, you will have to prove all your allegations, and answer to the law for all your actions. Your reference to the "previous case" is because it was never heard. Not one word. 3. Next search CCMS Realty, yet another of Ted Ulan's LLCs used, and the Lis Pendens, etc. 

4. Next, search Julio Loyola, his brother-in-law, again Lis Pendens.

If you want to make statements like, "I fleed the court after your attorney grilled me", which NEVER happened, I NEVER even took the stand, I simply didn't return after recess because I came to learn that you knew my receipts could not be presented without the witnesses behind them, I chose to fight you another day, on a level playing field, not your sneaky way.
